Refund policy

1. Return & Refund Eligibility:

  • You may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your order with a video recording making sure the products are opened for the first time after accepting delivery.
  • Returns & Refunds for Perishable and Non-Perishable items like Fruits & Vegetables will be applicable if they are damaged only.  
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will initiate refund process and it refund will take 7 to 10 days to credit to your Bank Account.

2. Eligible Items for Exchange:

  • You can request an exchange for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • We do not accept exchanges for personalized or custom-made items.

3. How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact our customer support team at 9542001558, support@tazawan.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a reason for the exchange request along with video proof.
  • Our team will contact and guide you through the exchange and return.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Return the package to our delivery agent.
  • Or you can Drop product at below location

5. Exchange Processing Time:

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 days for the exchange to be processed.
  • Exchange items will be shipped to you as soon as the processing is complete.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 9542001558, support@tazawan.com , and we will provide instructions for a replacement.

7. Cancellation of Exchange:

  • If you wish to cancel your exchange request, please inform us within 30-60mins. Exchange cannot be cancelled once it is processed.
